The FBT-3000 automatic fiber peeling machine is a new type of optical cable end processing equipment, which is based on the eagerness of optical fiber connector manufacturers to improve production efficiency and reduce the skilled manual emergence of optical cable end processing equipment. In order to solve the problem that the skin layer of optical fiber is usually peeled manually with wire peeling pliers, and the artificial denudation is low in precision, low in working efficiency and low in product quality. 

FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES:

● Universal for single & duplex optical cables, 1.8~3.0mm optical cables.

● The peeling length of jacket shell can be precisely set through the touch screen, adjustable from 16 to 65mm, with adjustment interval 1mm

● After the optical cable is inserted into the guide hole, the built-in clamping jaw mechanism automatically clamps the optical cable to the set length, and then starts the stripping action to avoid the inconsistent length caused by bending after the optical cable is too long inserted.

● Kevlar can be adjusted by the external mechanism of the equipment, adjustable from 3~12mm, no need to disassemble the machine

● High production efficiency: 1200 cores duplex optical cable can be stripped per hour

● With up to 9999 times production quantity records

● Specially designed noise reduction processing, working noise is less than 60 db

● Dual operation interface in Chinese and English, the operation language can be switched from touch screen operation

● A built-in garbage collection box to collect the leftovers of fiber optic cable sheath
